Return & Refund Policy

At Indian Taroot/Jayaa Now, we strive to provide the highest quality spiritual guidance, consultations, and coaching services. As all our services are delivered digitally and personalized for each client, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Digital Services

All consultations, Tarot Readings, Numerology Reports, Reiki & Energy Healing sessions, Chakra Healing, Spiritual Guidance, Coaching Programs, and Courses are provided online and are considered digital services.

2. No Return Policy

As our services are digital and personalized, they cannot be returned once purchased or delivered.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations, reports, healing sessions, coaching, courses, workshops, or any other digital services are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

Change of mind after booking.
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.
Failure to attend the scheduled consultation.
Delay in joining the session from the client’s side.
Partial use or completion of any service.
Any perceived or expected outcome not being achieved.
4. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.

5. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that Vijayalakshmi Oracle is unable to conduct your scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either:

Reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time, or
Provide a full refund if the service cannot be delivered.
6. Payment Disputes

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks for completed services may result in suspension of future services.
