No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for Tarot Readings, Numerology Consultations, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Relationship Healing, Career Guidance, and other spiritual services are non-refundable.
  • Once a consultation session is booked or completed, refunds cannot be processed.
  • Customized spiritual guidance and healing sessions are considered personalized services and therefore non-returnable.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

 Crystal Healing Product Orders

For physical crystal products included in advanced healing packages:

  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement requests will be reviewed after verification.
  • Products once used or opened are not eligible for return.
